O.K. I know our house has only been on the market for 3 weeks, but I wish someone would just make an offer and get it over with. I don't know how much longer I can keep my house SPOTLESS 24/7! I have 4 boys working against me. We finally put the house up for sale when we found out where Andersen had matched for residency. We will be going to Spokane, WA (hooray) for a year and then off to Lexington, KY for the four year residency at the University of Kentucky. Go Wildcats! We are all super excited and Campbell asks me daily when we are moving to Washington. June 2nd is the official move date, but he still has no concept of time. So if anyone would like a great deal on a 1200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home let me know. Here are some pictures Andersen took for the MLS website.
This is the front of the house and believe it or not grass is a very rare thing here in Arizona.
