Girl Scout Cookies!

One of my favorite times of the year! Girl Scout cookies are here! I was a Girl Scout once upon a time and DREADED this time of year when we would have to go door to door and ask people to order cookies from us. I think they discourage door to door sales now so I always have to wait till they show up outside the grocery store and today was our lucky day! All the boys have their favorites. But, the more kinds the better is our house hold motto.

And even though the cookies out East have wimpy names like Peanut butter Patties and Carmel Delights (out West they are called Tagalongs and Samoas. Don't know why they are named different) they still taste awesome! My all-time favorite are the Samoas, but Thin Mints are a close 2nd.

When Mason was born Andersen brought me a box of Thin Mints in the hospital. It was the best present ever, celebrating Mason's birth with Girl Scout cookies and milk! Ahhh, the memories!
