4 Years Old

Campbell finally turned 4 on Tuesday. And of course his choice for dinner was McDonald's.After playing on the playground for a while we went back home for cake and ice cream, well actually it was a really big cookie with frosting on it. I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was and we only had two candles, luckily we had a number 2 candle too. 2 plus 2 is 4 right?
Just before Campbell blew out the candles we told him to make a wish and this is what he said.
"O.K. I wish I was Superman!"
After cookie and ice cream it was present time.
Campbell had plenty of help with his cousin Jimmy "helping" him open his presents.
Mason thought he had hit the jackpot!
I don't know who had more fun with the presents, the boys or my Dad :0)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMPBELL!!!

L to R: Jimmy, Mason, Jordan, Porter, Campbell

Looks like you guys had a blast! Happy B-day Campbell! We were thinking about you on Tuesday. There are way too many October birthdays in our family! Isn't Andersen's coming up too? Fun, fun. We sure miss you guys and are counting down the months until you join us down south (although maybe you aren't as excited about it as we are!). Love you!

PS We narrowly escaped McDonald's for Kaylee's b-day on Thursday...I talked her into Sonic instead! LOL

Man I remember back in the day when I was a kid, I loved MickieDees! I don't blame the kid. If I had a birthday wish I'd want a huge cookie too! He's got the right idea! =) Go Superman!

Great pictures AMS. You described it perfectly and showing the picture of Jimmy "helping" Campbell. I loved the one of Dad, and the fact that he's all by himself, where were the boys? And I just gotta say that was one good cookie. And the superman comment was priceless!
