Here are some pics and videos from this past week. Saturday (16th) Andersen was trying to sleep because he had been on night call at the hospital so we made animal pancakes for breakfast. Here is Porter's elephant and the little piece of batter in the lower left hand corner is supposed to be a mouse scaring the elephant, Porter said.
Coolidge turned 5mo. old on Sunday (17th). As you can see, he LOVES to smile. Infact it is hard to get him to sleep at night because he just wants to smile at us instead of suck on his pacifier. He's also trying to sit up.
This is a video of Coolidge smiling for me (s0rry for my annoyingly high pitched talk, I can't help it when I'm around him). It's also a good video of Mason talking. He talks so much now and we can actually understand what he's saying. It's a lot of fun. My favorite mason phrase right now is, "I don't know."On Monday (18th) Porter had a day off from school so we went over to my parent's house to play. This is where Mason finally decided to take a nap.
That night Joann came over with her family and we all did Family Home Evening together. Here I am holding Coolidge and Aubry. Just so you know, Coolidge IS 4mo. older than Aubry but they are about the same size. That's ok, Aubry is such a "Cutie" just like her shirt says.
One of our favorite Family Home Evenings growing up was playing "Fireplace Charades." My dad would build a fire and we would turn off all the lights and play charades in front of the fire. It is one of my favorite memories so that's what we did for FHE. And afterwards we got to roast marshmallows. Porter is a pro, seriously, he can cook a marshmallow to golden perfection. This is a video of the boys trying to ride the bucking grandpa. There isn't too much lighting in my parent's living room so the video is pretty dark (except for Songebob glaring in the background).Andersen and I have been watching some of the American Idol shows, mostly just to see the LDS contestants. This is Coolidge and Andersen watching American Idol on Thursday (21st). All of my boys LOVE hanging out with their dad. What a cool dad!
Unfortunately when I picked Porter up from school on Friday his first words were, "I have the flu bug!" Yes, he did. Which really stunk because Andersen actually wanted to go out and eat, but we couldn't. Porter already had a fever and by Saturday morning he couldn't even move from the couch. Poor kid!
Saturdays are our "clean up" days and Saturday (23rd) while Andersen and I were downstairs cleaning up, Campbell and Mason (Porter was still sick on the couch) were supposed to be upstairs cleaning their bedroom. Well, this is what they were doing instead:

AnneMarie, this is Jen (Sorensen) Scott. I am Jerusha's best friend from forever ago. I met you in Provo... anyways, I just have to say that is the coolest pancake I have ever seen. I am so glad you took a picture and shared it!
looks like you guys had a fun and busy week! I loved the video of coolidge because I loved hearing your voice!(high-pitched or not!) It's been so long! and that pancake was awesome. I've been watching the LDS people on american idol, too, i especially love david archuleta, last week, I posted on my blog about him.
Aweseom flip Campbell! And was he saying he was a tornado? I hope you didn't get sick with all the other sickies last week. I love the video of Coolidge. He smiles so big but doesn't make a sound. A true trademark of little "Cooly". I miss you and your boys. I haven't seen them in a while but at least I saw you on Saturday. Girls day out was so much fun!!!!! Thanks for sparing her Andersen.
This is my favorite post so far this year. I love your stories and your kids just crack me up.
What a fun week you guys had. Thanks for letting us visit your blog. It's fun to get to know you better through your posts. I hope that we can meet again someday.
No way! I don't believe you. There is no way your baby is 5 months old already. I guess I better come meet those kids of yours.
The closet mess is awesome. It's one of those disasters where you can't decide to laugh or cry! Well from where I'm sitting i am definatly laughing. Hope you had fun cleaning that mess up!
I love the break dancing and other moves... Always fun to see your blog!
I know I already commented on this page, but I had a couple more things to say. One is that those pancakes are AMAZING! You are very talented. Also, for some reason when I look at your family, it reminds me a lot of mine. Down to the destruction of the closet.
Awesome post! I see you guys are still rocking and rolling ;) Coolidge is so tiny! Annabelle is ginormous- and everyone seems to need to tell me that! "Hey, that's one big bald baby you've got!" Idiots ;) He's adorable and you look amazing!! How do you do it?!?!
There are 2 ladies in our ward right now who are expecting Boy #4 and I think I'll refer them to your blog so they can ask you for advice!
OK, it's time for a new post!!!!
Hi AnnMarie. This is actually Dan Wolfley. I worked with Andersen at RC Willley in 2001/2002 before we all went our seperate ways for school and life. My wife was blog surfing and stumbled across yours. Anyway, tell Andersen I said hi and if he (or you) want to check out our family you can visit our blog. We are actually living in the same state just a little to the west (Vancouver). later.
