Andersen has a graduation banquet on the 31st (the night before graduation) and the invitation says "formal attire" so he let me go shopping for a formal and this is what we found.
He even came with me to shop for the dress which made me kind of nervous because shopping for a dress can be a greuling process. Andersen must have been good luck because this was the first dress I tried on in the first store we went to. What are the odds? Of course I couldn't get it right then because I had to look around and when I went back latter that day the dress was on hold for someone else! I just about cried, but it was on hold until 3pm so we waited around and the other girl never came back so they let me buy it. Horray! I especially like the way Andersen looks at me when I'm wearing it:0)
Because it is sleeveless I am sewing a shrug to wear with it. I know, wish me luck. I have the material all cut out, I'm just nervous to start sewing it.
