Hooray! We put a deposit down on a house yesterday in Spokane so we have somewhere to move to, pending a credit check. Thanks Dad, Mom, Joann, Travis, Jimmy, and Jordan for all your hard work in helping us find a place to rent. Here are the pictures that were posted online. This is all we've seen of the place, but we trust you guys.

Oh it's so cute! Where is it at in Spokane?
It is in "Northwest Spokane" just north of the river and west of the maple street bridge. Not the BEST of neighborhoods, but not the worst either. It is only 6min from the hospital and just accross the river from the Brownes Addition neighborhood. The landlord is a contractor and is still in the finishing process of remodling the inside. So that means new floors, new counter tops, and new appliances. And only $795 a month for 3bed 2bath.
What a cute place. And what a great deal. Maybe we will have to come and see it on one of our summer trips to Spokane.
Wow! That is such a great deal! you could never find a house like that to rent for that price in Seattle!
I know, the deal was perfect because we needed to stay right around $800 (that's about what we pay on our mortgage right now). And after doing a budget we realized that things will be a little tighter than we expected. Apparently having 4 kids takes a bit of money:0) Luckily they are all boys so I can put them all in one room if I need to.
And I love having company so I would be more than excited if you guys came to visit!
